Is there any resource whatsoever for learning Kanji (especially radicals) with pictures instead of translation?

I don't think you'll find one. Because, basically, pictures of what?

Assuming you mean the main meaning of the kanji (and usually they have more than one meaning), then how would you do pictures for things like "bad", "good", "love", "disaster" in an unambiguous way?

And for radicals, it makes even less sense to me. Radicals don't always have a meaning. Well, there is a grass radical, or a heart radical, but what would a picture of grass or a heart do for you? It most cases, it has nothing to do with the actual meaning of the kanji.
